Your ad budget is
leaking. Here’s where.

Most companies don’t have a paid ads problem — they have a paid ads management problem. The platforms reward agencies that test, measure, and adapt. Most don’t.

⚠ THE COMMON STORY

“We spent $60K last year with our agency. Got a couple of dashboards. Got plenty of meetings. Got nowhere near the leads we were promised.”

  • “Set and forget” accounts. Campaigns launched 8 months ago, never refreshed. Creative fatigue is real — and it kills ROAS.
  • Vanity metrics in monthly reports. Impressions, reach, CPM. None of which a CFO cares about. We report on cost per qualified lead and pipeline added.
  • One creative variant tested per month. The platforms reward velocity. We test 8–15 variants weekly across hooks, formats, and audiences.
  • Broken or sloppy tracking. Bad pixel data = bad optimization. We rebuild your tracking stack so the platform’s algorithm has clean signal to learn from.
  • You don’t own your accounts. Industry standard? Agency-locked. Ours? You own everything from day one.

Two platforms.
Done properly.

Meta and Google work differently. We build campaigns specifically for how each platform’s algorithm actually rewards advertisers — not generic templates copy-pasted across both.

f
Demand creation

Meta Ads
(Facebook + Instagram)

Where buyers don’t know they want you yet. We build creative-led campaigns that interrupt feeds, drive cold traffic to high-converting landing pages, and feed the Meta algorithm enough conversion data to scale.

  • Cold traffic prospecting (broad + lookalike)
  • Retargeting funnels with creative segmentation
  • Direct-response video and static creative production
  • Advantage+ campaigns optimized for purchase signal
  • CAPI server-side tracking for iOS-era accuracy
G
Demand capture

Google Ads
(Search, PMax, YouTube)

Where buyers are actively looking. We capture high-intent search traffic, deploy Performance Max for hard-to-reach inventory, and use YouTube to remarket with motion creative — all unified by clean conversion tracking.

  • Search campaigns built around buyer intent keywords
  • Performance Max with feed-driven asset rotation
  • YouTube remarketing with skippable + bumper formats
  • Smart bidding with offline conversion uploads
  • GA4, GTM, and enhanced conversions properly configured

A system, not a service.

Every account we manage runs on the same disciplined operating system — research, build, test, scale. No improvising. No “wait and see.” Every week pushes the account forward.

/ 01

Audience research

Buyer interviews, competitor teardowns, search intent mapping, and audience modeling. We don’t guess who your customer is — we map them.

/ 02

Creative testing

8–15 creative variants per week across hooks, formats, and angles. Winners scale. Losers get killed. The data drives every decision.

/ 03

Tracking built right

Server-side events, offline conversions, and clean GA4/GTM. The algorithm is only as good as the data it learns from. We feed it the clean stuff.

/ 04

Weekly optimization

Bid adjustments, audience refinement, creative refreshes, landing page tests. Set-and-forget is how money gets wasted. We touch every account every week.

Case Study · Mortgage

From $42 CPL to $11 CPL in 90 days.

An independent mortgage broker came to us spending $8K/month on Meta with diminishing returns. We rebuilt their tracking stack, restructured their campaign hierarchy, and shipped 47 creative variants in the first 60 days. The result: 4x ad spend, 1/4 the cost per lead, and a fully booked sales calendar.

Tracking infrastructure

GA4, GTM, Meta CAPI, server-side events, offline conversion uploads — built and maintained as part of the engagement.

Things you’re probably wondering.

The questions we hear most. If yours isn’t here, just ask — we’d rather have an honest 15-minute call than push you into something that’s not a fit.

Honest answer: it depends on whether you have existing infrastructure, how clean your tracking is, and how much budget you’re putting behind it.

For accounts coming in cold, we usually see meaningful CPL improvement in week 3–4 once the algorithm has enough conversion data to learn from. By month 2–3, we’re typically scaling spend profitably. Anyone promising “results in 7 days” is selling you something we wouldn’t buy.

Always, on day one. Your Meta Business Manager, your Google Ads account, your creative files, your audience data. If we ever part ways, you walk with everything — no held-hostage drama.

This is non-negotiable for us. Agencies that lock you into their accounts are protecting themselves, not you.

For ongoing engagement, we typically work best with brands spending $5K+/month on ads. Below that, the management fee starts to outweigh the gains and we’d genuinely tell you to wait or run it in-house with our Launch Sprint to set you up.

For the Launch Sprint, there’s no minimum — it’s a one-time setup project priced flat regardless of your eventual ad budget.

Even better. We work alongside in-house teams all the time. Some clients have us run their paid ads while their internal team owns content, social, and CRM. Others bring us in to audit, train, and step out — handing the keys back over once we’ve built the system.

We’re flexible on engagement model. Tell us what you need and we’ll scope accordingly.

Month-to-month, always. We don’t lock anyone in. If we’re not delivering, we’d rather you leave and tell people we did right by you than trap you in a 12-month contract.

That said — paid ads is a system that compounds. Most clients see the best results after 3+ months of testing and optimization. So while you can leave anytime, sticking with the program is usually where the real numbers show up.

Mortgage, real estate, construction & trades, and beauty/salon are our deepest verticals — we have repeatable playbooks in each. We’ve also worked with insurance, home services, professional services, and more.

If your industry isn’t on the list, we’ll be honest about whether we’re the right fit during the audit call. Sometimes we are. Sometimes we’ll refer you elsewhere.
